Physical Description: Fou-Lu is an attractive dark elf with rich, dark tan skin, piercing blue-green eyes, and an athletic body. He has a few faint scars on his face that have faded with time and a scar cut into his right ear. He's slender, but strong as well as agile.
Clothing and Armor: His clothes are simple, a shirt and pants with leather boots that are about shin high. He wears elven steel plate mail covering his chest, shoulders, stomach, thighs, shins, and feet. Over it all, he wears a plain cloak and also carries a pack with meager supplies. Ruin's Fate is sheathed at his side.

Magic Abilities: Fou-Lu can draw upon latent Dragonic powers with help and effort. Fou's dragonic ancestry lies on his mother's side, generations dilluted by dark elven blood. His elementalism is latent and was never practiced until recently. He cannot weild the flame, but he is most attuned to Fire Elementals.
Enchantments: Fou-Lu's sword had been enchanted by priests of Cha Za to increase his luck in melee fighting when he's weilding the sword.
History: Born into a dark elven family, Fou-Lu grew up in a small village with others of his tribe in the Forest of Darkness. He was raised with the teachings of the dragons and holds their blood hidden deep within, inherited from his mother.
Nearly a century before Fou-Lu's birth, King Kadomos of Alania sent an expedition to Marmo. Upon Kadomos's death, most of the forces left, but many stayed behind to settle the dark island. In this time, the ogres inhabiting Marmo discovered that humans were in fact a delicious meal. It soon became a common practice for dark elves to go on manhunts outside of the human settlement of Salbad to obtain this delicacy in order to tame the degenerate race.
Fou-Lu's father went on many of these manhunts and on one particular mission, they captured an important member of the Marmo ruling council. When the humans discovered what had become of their leader, they abruptly attacked Fou-Lu's and several other dark elven villages in the area.
Fou-Lu's small village was attacked at dawn without warning. His mother forced him to hide while she and his father went to fight, leaving him with the necklace she always wore. While Fou-Lu hid deep with a cavern near their home, the entire village was slaughtered and burned to the ground. At nightfall, Fou-Lu returned to find the destruction. He was only 15, just barely old enough to wield a sword. He searched through the rubble of his home, found his father's body and took his father's sword, Ruin's Fate.
Afterwards, Fou wandered alone through Marmo, heartbroken and lost. He would stay a short while in other Dark elf villages, but never longer than 3 years. He learned shamanism partially on his own and part by various tutors. Somewhere along the lines, he learned about the Skull Dragons, a subspecies of the Great Dragons, extinct since the time of Kastuul. He learned a little and felt a connection to the dragons, though never quite realized his roots. Through these wandering years, Fou-Lu learned the sword. Every so often, he would take a job of a merecenary. Always a job hunting humans. However, that was only when he needed money, or otherwise couldn't resist the chance of hurting the people who destroyed his family.
Throughout the wars with Marmo, Fou-Lu kept out of them. They were human affair, nothing to concern him. He only hoped that enough of the heathen race were killed.
Somewhere inbetween the wars he found Lucied. A wolf pup he saved from poachers; he raised Lucied and developed a close bond with him. Both Elf and Wolf share a hatred of humans for killing their families.
Nearly a year after the War of the Destroyer's Resurrection, Fou-Lu wanted to find a way to Lodoss so he could learn of the other elven races and see more the world than the tiny island he had scoured inch by inch for the last 320 years. New people had settled Marmo, and they were not at all as ruthless as the original Marmo settlers. Marmo itself had changed after all. Fou searched Salbad daily, looking for work to afford passage to Lodoss. One of these days, he encountered Mia. A beautiful combination of Light elf and Dark elf, she stole his heart from the moment she ran into him. For the last year she had been trapped on Marmo by an ex-lover, Kiran, and was trying to escape. Usually outnumbered by Kiran and his friends, Mia had been captured at every attempt for freedom. But this morning, she found someone to help her. Fou-Lu defended her against Kiran and his gang and took her in.
They spent the day at Fou-Lu's home and shared their stories. By the next morning, they scrounged up enough money to pay for passage on a cargo ship and made their way to Roid. They stayed in Roid briefly before heading out on the road to Kanon where Mia planned to meet her mother. Along the way, they met Naclia and Talen who had captured Kiran on the road. Before the confrontation could get serious, two earthquakes shook the land and the undead began to rise. The five hurried back to Roid, which was protected by a holy shield agaisnt the new darkness threatening Lodoss. They stayed the night in the city and Kiran seperated from them and met another dark elf, Moryssa. In the night, the shield fell and Roid was underseige from undead. Fou and his companions managed to escape the city as it fell and made their way to the Mirror Forest. In the Forest, they met up with other survivors which brought a new gathering of heroes, now with the purpose of saving Lodoss from this new evil. It was here that Fou-Lu revealed his dragonic ancestry and aided Blaze, Ariakan and Talen in creating a shield of dragonic magic.
Soon, they were faced with Cray, the Chaos General of Fire who destroyed Roid. Now his attention turned to the Mirror Forest. The heroes fought two battles with the General and succeeded in defeating him, but lost the Mirror Forest in the process. They regrouped and moved on to Kanon, where they recooperated for a time before splitting up to accomplish tasks across Lodoss. Mia and Fou-Lu led a party to Shinning Hill, bound for Roid to rescue Sevrina. In Shinning Hill, one of their comrades, Sevrina's lover, Gale, struck out in rage at Mia and Fou before leaving on his own. After being healed, the group gave up on Gale and went straight for the Glassy Woods. There, they gathered an army of rangers and Fou-Lu lost his virginity to Mia their first night there, though he was oblivious to her waning interest in him.
As they continued on to Raiden, it became more clear that Mia was tired of Fou-Lu tagging along on her heels. She became snappish, would often refuse physical contact and then turn around and make love to him again. They took a side trip to the Raiden Woods and the dark elf settlement to leave the army's horses in a safe place. Here, Mia made love to him one more time and ended their relationship. Fou still had to carry on and went to Raiden with her where they would await a new battle with Vesper. Shortly after their arrival, Fou-Lu met who he believed was a priest in an alley. The priest gave him an object that was guarenteed to make Mia love him again. Indeed, it worked. Mia couldn't keep her hands off him and Fou began to feel guilty for changing her feelings for him. Though he threw the stone away, Mia still was madly in love with him. In truth, the demon Seygrim had played a trick on him and bought his soul.
The next day, they went into battle against Vesper and his army of Yoroi and Wyverns. Fou-Lu and Mia were in the second wave of fighters and fought the Yoroi Orgha. Fou-Lu was killed by the Yoroi and Mia was freed of her unatural love for him while his soul now belonged to Seygrim.
Personality: Quiet, brave, a bit of a loner. He distrusts humans and often prefers to be alone, but recent experiances have opened his mind. He's very protective of those he loves, for he fears losing them like he lost his family. For most of his life he's lived alone with the exception of his wolf companion Lucied, out of fear of loving someone and losing them. Recently, he has allowed himself to feel for someone, Mia, but he can be quite protective of her despite her independent nature.
