History

Lin was the last colt born in the foaling season in the stables of an Alanian nobleman. He was the only male out of seven foals, and as a potential stud for his master’s breed, he was well-cared for. He soon lost his black baby coat and shed into a grayer coat, showing that he would fade to white. His master decided to sell him when he was a year and a half.

He was always a wild and free-spirited colt, and one day, he found an gate left open by a careless groom and escaped. Happy and wild as can be, he went a bit to far from his home and couldn’t find his way back. When the nobleman went to check his stock, he found that his colt was missing and rode out to find him. He searched for several days, but he couldn’t find his prize foal. Disappointed, he returned to his manor and gave up on finding the escaped colt. Meanwhile, Lin was enjoying his freedom, but he felt the pull to return home to his master.

Lin never found his way home though, and instead, he became feral. When he was three years old, he got a stone stuck in his hoof and limped his way to a nearby home. He was found by a woman named Lisa, a beautiful woman with blonde hair and light blue eyes that showed kindness and gentleness. She noticed his lame leg and took him back to the stable where she had his hoof tended to. The stone was removed, but it had caused some damage to the soft tissue inside his hoof, so he needed to recover. He was locked in a stall, but he wasn’t left to himself. Every day, Lisa’s daughter, Amara, came out to play with him, groom him, and feed him. Thought he hated to be locked up, Lin grew to trust Amara from day one.

Lin left for a few weeks, but he found his way back to the Amaria family. When he returned early one morning, Lisa decided to keep him. Amara was overjoyed to see him again, and he earned his name. They never locked him up again, and he often wandered away, but he always came home to them. Eventually, he started straying less. When Amara ran away from home, she took him with her.
