Nakira followed her and entered the room first, checking through her bag she was satisfied nothing was wrong. Once that was done she coated the blade of her daggers in sleeping toxin, one scratch and any troublemakers would be out.

"Spirits of the invisible lend me your strength, render me unseen from those who seek to do us harm. I thank you for your aid, for we must endure to the end of our journey."

With that she disappeared from sight and sat down on the floor with her back to the wall, now that she was in place and could see the entire room Cari had no reason to worry.

"Sleep well Carianna, I'll wake you up for your shift."

After that she went silent, this was going to be a long night.

Cari wasted no time getting to bed. She simply wanted to fall asleep and forget about assassins and death. She disrobed and lept into bed.

OOC: No disturbances in the night, go ahead and post for Carianna and Kylia in the morning.

Kylia had fallen asleep immediately after her shift, the next morning she woke up and yawned quietly. Hopefully they would have a quiet day of travel today, though any interference made for good exercise.

"Good morning Cari, I hope you weren't too bored on your watch shift."

She spoke to Carianna as she got dressed, hopefully they did not wait too long to leave. She could not afford to let her guard down at any time, though for now things seemed quiet.

Carianna had the last "shift" on watch, which was fine with her, since she usually got up before the sun rose to begin her morning charity work. Unfortunately, with nothing to do of great importance, she found herself going through lessons she taught in her morning class. That early morning, she educated a laurel plant on the importance of price competition and positive atmosphere in the marketplace. When Kylia rose, Carianna's mouth shut tightly, embarrassed by her own silly ways.

"Good morning," she sputtered. Despite her shyness, Cari had the sunny smile of a morning person.

Kylia looked to Carianna and smiled lightly, she was always up by dawn to get to the market and setup her shop. She was used to long nights too, though they were often filled with many smells and the sound of vials.

"You seem to have kept yourself busy, I guess your miss your teaching as much as I miss my stall in the market. Would you like some rations or shall we have an actual meal this morning?"

She was missing out on possible profits, though setting her monetary needs aside she was focused on helping Cian. In one sense they were kindred spirits, since they had both suffered from the thorns of slavery.

"A proper breakfast opens every day on sure footing," the young priestess of Rada replied with a smile. "Not to say I know more on the subject, but I'm starting to wonder if their concerns are valid about the food..."

Kairia was used to rations, though Carianna was right on breakfast. She should check on the others too.

"If it is poisoned, then I'll give you something just in case. I'll go get us some breakfast now, I think for now things are alright."

She took one of her antitoxins out of her bag and handed it to Carianna, she wondered if they were still being watched by their enemies.

"Precautions, also important," Carianna replied, uncertainty in her voice as she took the antitoxin. Nothing about the medicine looked appealing. With a thrust, the young priestess slung it down her throat, seeking to avoid any flavor.

"I used to supply Emir and his men with poisons and other items, so I can counter almost anything he could pull on us. I wish I knew what he did before, it was for the money and the connections to information."

Kylia downed the other one, she would deliver some to the guys room as well to keep them safe. Heading to the door she stopped, making sure to get the order for Carianna. She would have to some thorough looking into her other clients after this was over, and perhaps shut them down as well.

"Anyways, I'll be back with our food. Do you want anything specific for breakfast, or will what their cooking up be fine?"

"I'm sure anything they have will be fine," Cari replied. She really didn't want to be a bother.

With a curt nod in reply Kylia headed out of the room and headed to the guys room, so that they would not have to deal with possible poison.

Kylia came back in and looked around, looking to Carianna she cleared her throat.

"Ciprian asked if we would like to join them for breakfast, would you like to accept the invitation."

Carianna looked up suddenly at Kylia's return. She had been looking out the window at the people passing by. Her face blushed red from embarrassment all of a sudden, realizing she had been caught doing something childish. "Oh... uhh... That's so formal. An invitation, I mean. I guess I, uh... accept then." Carianna brushed her hair with her fingers quickly to make it lay flatter. "We shouldn't keep him waiting, I suppose!"

Kylia noticed what she was doing and though nothing of it, after all Carianna was just passing time until she had returned.

"I'll be right there with our food then, I'll see you in the room."

After that she left for downstairs, going to get their breakfast and something to drink.
