Kylia returned upstairs and knocked on the door again, waiting for it to open since her hands were full she wondered if Carianna had arrived yet.

"I've returned, has Carianna arrived yet?"

Xian gobbled his food down and left the room. "It's too crowded in here." he muttered as he left to sit in the hall.

"I've returned, has Carianna arrived yet?"
Ciprian was struggling with how to respond to something that seemed obvious. If Carianna had arrived, then Kylia would have seen her, if she hadn't, then that much was obvious. However, he heard Carianna out in the hall speaking to Xian. "Well, there she is," Ciprian said. With Xian gone, there were two seats open at the table. "Have a seat," Ciprian offered Kylia.

Kylia didn't notice Carianna had arrived just after Xian left the room, then again she hadn't slept that well after her shift. Entering the room she looked behind her after hearing Cip's remark, after that she sat down and set their food down. She was not the most observant this morning, but then she did not really want to admit that.

"Oh there she is, I didn't sleep that good after my shift on watch."

OOC: Split the thread so there's no confusion on where people are.

"Paranoia doesn't allow sleep to come easy," Ciprian commented. The knight was almost done with his breakfast. He had wolfed it down rather quickly. "As soon as we're finished eating, we should prepare to leave."

She thought about it between bites, were they all feeling some kind of paranoia while here. It could have been just her, she was feeling like she was being hunted once again even though the target was Cian.

"I think I'll sleep better once we're on the road, at least then we have less strangers around to worry about."

Kylia replied before finishing up her meal and yawning, once they were on the road in general she'd feel alot more secure.

"Perhaps," Ciprian replied. "Last time we camped there wasn't any trouble, but I still worry after meeting those bandits after we left Roid."

"I realize that, but in a city or village with so many people around they could get closer to us quite easily. On the road it's harder, as even if they use cover we can hear them better if they are trying to be quiet."

Kylia replied in return to Cip's concerns, wondering if even she was really correct she finished the tea she got with her breakfast.

The delicious breakfast had been teasing him since he first smelt it. "Take yours, Cian," Ciprian ordered his squire in between bites, since oddly, the boy had packed his antidote away instead of taking it.
Cian nodded and did what the knight told him, taking the vial out from where he'd packed it and opening it. The boy opened the vial then downed the elixir in one gulp grimacing slightly before putting the vial away and returning to his meal. "Ugh...Satyr's feet...it tasted like them...but it could have been worse I suppose."

"Sorry I took so long, everyone," Carianna said, coming to a seat besides Cian. "With a plate waiting for her, she muttered a quick prayer to Rada before beginning. Her hunger encouraged swift bites, but she tried to slow down out of respect for those around her.

"You don't need to apologize. How's Xian doing?" Kylia finished her plate and set the utensils on it. Taking a sip of her drink, she wondered when the next attack on them would be.

"Well, I think. Just a little tense," Cari said inbetween bites.

"I'm sure we're all like that, considering the opponent we're facing. Cian's really brave for facing him, reminds me of myself near the end of my life in chains." Kylia was serious about her comment, to face your master without faltering took a lot of courage. She saw a bright future for Cian, and wondered where it would take him.

OOC: We're going to need to put this plot on pause until Keith gets back. It's his story, after all.
