High priestess of the Raiden Marfa temple, Elroda, was in the main chapel, knelt before the icon of Marfa and speaking her daily prayers in a quieter part of the day, when she had peace. The high priestess was middle-aged, black haired, and grey-eyed with tanned skin, revealing a mixed ancestry. She was a Raiden native, and after her training in Tarba many years ago, she had returned to Raiden to serve in the local temple that had been such a place of joy and peace for her as a child. Her prayers were simple, daily blessings upon the people of Raiden and those she knew. There was nothing important to really seek guidance for, but she felt it important to commune with her goddess, regardless of what she had to pray for.

She made her way into the Marfa temple, feeling safe here. These temples were perhaps the only places she ever felt safe at. She still felt heavy guilt in her heart for leaving the others behind but maybe she could get help from here. She thought she could handle the task before but she was wrong. She walked forward, soon seeing the High Priestess of the temple praying. She came to a stop with her arms still hugging her body as she spoke, "Excuse me."

Elroda turned to see an unfamiliar young priestess looking scared and confused. She assumed that the girl was a pilgrim from Tarba, considering her age, but what was troubling her--well, this was Raiden. It could be anything. "Greetings sister. I am Elroda, high priestess of the Raiden temple," the priestess introduced herself. "Are you a pilgrim from Tarba?"

Jenesis nodded her head to the High Priestess's question. "Yes I am. I was helping a dwarf lady and her friend back in the city and found ourselves in a battle and then our hands were tied to our back yet it was all just for show. I manage to get out of there but the others are still with those bad people. I need your help!"

Elroda was blindsided by the priestess and couldn't seem to understand just what the girl was going on about. "Wait... wait... How about you tell me your name, and we'll sit down and you can tell me all about it, alright?" Elroda said as she put her arm around Jenesis's shoulders and ushered the girl toward the pews to sit.

She wanted to protest this, wanting to claim they didn't have time for this! But this woman was a high priestess, she had no right to talk back like that. She just nodded as she tried to calm down, sitting down in the pew. She leaned back in the pew and let out a deep sigh as she closed her eyes for a moment. She wanted to find the right words to explain what happened after introduction herself. "My name is Jenesis. During my pilgrim I was in the city of Raiden and met a very nice dwarf woman. I asked if there was anything I could help her with and she requested help with a friend. We followed her friend to Azune Storages. There a fight broke out and she ran in after her friend and I followed in after, going over to heal her friends while she fought. Two other strangers entered the place and tied us up with some kind of fake rope, trying to make it look like we were tied up when we wasn't. I..."

She trailed off, not proud at all at the fact she ran and abandon the people she offered to help like that. But she manage to press on, "I was able to get away, so I came here, the only place I knew would be able to help."

Elroda sat beside the younger and laid her arm behind Jenesis on the back of the pew. The high priestess was still rather confused about what happened to Jenesis, but the girl was obviously too upset to press further. "So...these friends of yours... they're still in trouble?" she asked.

"Y-Yes! Yes they are! I don't have any time to waste I need to gather help and go save them!"

Elroda's brows furrowed. How was she going to find someone to help? The Marfa priestesses were not fighters, and there was no guard to call in Raiden. Hiring a mercenary would take too long. However, they did have some subual spells, which could be useful. "I'll be back momentarily," she said, then left Jenesis in the pew to wait.

Elroda returned shortly with another priestess, a younger woman with brown hair, coppery skin, and brown eyes. "Alright Jenesis, this is Lucia," Elroda said as she approached, hastily introducing the other priestess. "If you lead us back to these warehouses, the three of us should be able to cast a sufficient subdual spell and rescue your friends," the high priestess explained. "Are you ready to go back?"

"Hello Lucia," she replied to the introduction.
She then turned her head back to the High Priestess.
"Y-Yes, I'm ready!"
She then turned around to lead them back to where she came, hoping it wasn't too late.

OOC: Since you don't seem to have much interest in posting for Jenesis, I hope you won't mind waiting while I try to tie them together with Silvia and Brest.
