History: Kaiva was born to Delita and Ovelia in the country of Flaim. Delita was a brave knight under King Kashue and died the War of Heroes. His father's death left Kaiva, his twin brother Blane, and his mother Ovelia alone when the boys were three. Yet only a year later, Ovelia and Blane died from mysterious illness. Kaiva survived, but had no family to turn to in Flaim. Luckily, his neighboors, Merlock and Hilda took the young boy in and raised him as their own.
Kaiva grew up barely knowing his actual parents, yet heard stories of his father from Merlock praising Delita as a good and brave man. At the age 8 Kaiva wanted to become a knight just like his father. Knowing this, Merlock enrolled him as a Squire in Kashue's court. So Kaiva trained hard non-stop. However, he was rather withdrawn from his peers. The other squires felt that Kaiva thought of himself better than them because he rarely socialized. When they were done with their training for the day, Kaiva stayed behind and practiced more. Even when the others went home, Kaiva stayed and trained alone.
Kaiva, now 19 years old, is the spitting image of Delita. Kaiva's mentor saw great promise in the him as leader and a knight, but he knew that could only happen if he relied on others to help when he needed it. Kaiva would never ask for help if he had trouble with something; he would tell them to go away and let him by himself.
With Blade lost, his King missing, and Flaim in political ruin along with Valis, Kaiva decided his future as a Knight of Flaim was over. He had traveled with a group of heroes to Marmo on their quest to rescue two women from a villian, though their cause never really touched or involved him. They stopped on their mission at the city of Dark Heaven, haven to the Doom Knights. Here, Kaiva saw a new future. He left his current party and joined the Doom Knights under Lord Aldarite.
Personality: Kaiva is quiet and keeps to himself, he rarely socializes. He's very independent and has a lot of pride that could one day get in him in deep trouble.
