Chapter 5: Death of Ileta

The buxom blonde barmaid brought Aryen to her building, then upstairs to her small apartment. She slipped out of his embrace long enough to unlock her door and step inside. Once he entered, she shut the door behind her. Shut in the privacy of her room, she pressed against him and leaned in to kiss his neck. “So, do you want that wine, or do you want me?” she asked breathlessly.

Aryen walked in and looked around for a moment before she pressed against him and kissed his neck. He arched his neck slightly, even though that was his job to do before his bite. "Hmm...The wine or you? Which to choose...” he said with a grin upon his lips, running his fingers across her cheeks. He leaned in, whispering huskily to her ear, "I want you...” He moved in, his eyes glaring into hers as he placed a soft kiss upon her lips. Ileta returned the kiss, then grabbed his jacket by the lapels and stepped around him, pulling him as she went.

The barmaid fell back on her bed, yanking Aryen down on top of her. Aryen held the kiss, following every movement she made until she fell back, taking him with him. He landed atop her on her bed. His eyes looked deeply into hers, a smile upon his lips as he broke the kiss for a moment, caressing her cheek down to her neck softly. "Well, what shall we do?” he said, as if asking her, but it was only obvious what he had intended, and her as well.

Ileta wrapped her arms behind his neck and smirked up at him. “I’ll do whatever you want me to, handsome,” she replied.

Aryen smirked, his hands tracing along her dress. “Hmm...First, let’s get these off. They’re in the way. You can remove mine too, if you like,” he said, pulling softly at her dress, trying to remove it.

Ileta nodded and reached for his jacket first. “The laces are in the back,” she told him, referring to the bodice of her dress. They’d have to change positions to get that off. However, she quickly had his jacket unbuttoned and her nimble fingers were already working on his shirt beneath.

Aryen smirked and stopped trying to undress her for a moment, allowing her to remove his clothing before he went for hers. “Do whatever you desire,” he said in a lustful, deep voice, his fingers trailing her cheeks softly.

Ileta pushed his jacket and shirt open, pushing it off his shoulders for him to remove the rest of the way. Her hands passed over his skin, finding him to be rather cold. N’shara’s blood warmed his body a bit, but he hadn’t drank enough.”Hmm...you’re cold. I’ll have to warm you up good then,” Ileta purred, her hands passing over his taught muscles.

Aryen shivered as he felt her hands passing over him and smirked, her actions were coming along quite well. “Then do what you will to warm me,” he said softly, even though there was only one way to warm his flesh, being to taste her delicious blood, but that wasn’t going to happen...yet.

Aryen smiled, he was now laying beside her after all the pleasure they had shared. He was laying at her side, holding her against him. His lips gently kissed her neck, feeling a pulsing vein. He was debating on what to do, drink her dry or make her one of his own. She indeed showed true loyalty and appreciation. Killing her would be such a waste, she would make a fine vampire, he thought to himself.

Ileta turned on her side, facing Aryen, then pressed her nude form against him and wrapped her arm around his back. Her breathing was still heavy, and she was recovering from the pleasure he had given her. No one she had been with had cared for her needs like he had.

Aryen smiled at her, though he hated to break the mood, he leaned in. He licked softly at the pulsing vein beneath her skin. Unable to resist it any longer, he leaned in giving her lips a kiss before he moved down to her neck, finding the vein once more, he opened his mouth and plunged his fangs into her neck.

Going from a tender moment to utter shock, Ileta gasped at the betrayal. She gave a yelp of pain and began to struggle, trying to push herself away from him. “No!” she cried.

Aryen held her close to him forcefully, licking at the blood that was now flowing from the opened wound in her neck, holding his fangs inside of her.

Ileta struggled with all her strength, but she was no match for a vampire. Now she knew where his unnatural speed and strength came from, and probably why she had been so easily charmed. It figures...I finally find a man who actually tends to my needs and he’s a vampire... she thought morbidly. As her arterial blood pumped out of her wound, she grew weaker and her struggles slowed.

Aryen felt her body giving out, her struggling weakened as he pulled his fangs from her. He lifted his head a bit as he licked the blood from his lips. “Don’t worry, darling...I wont let you die,” he whispered to her.

Stars danced in front of Ileta’s eyes, her thoughts and movements became sluggish. She was dying, she knew it. “...bastard...” she gasped, weakly striking her fist against his chest in a vain attempt at retaliation.

Aryen smirked softly, even though he felt bad for her. He could tell that she was genuinely fond of him before he had bitten her, and he had killed that emotion. “I’m not letting you die,” he said. Bringing his wrist to his lips, he bit into it with his fangs, causing himself to bleed a stream of blood. He leaned down, offering his blood to her. “Drink, or else you will die. I will give you my gift, my power, all you have to do is drink of my blood,” he said.

Ileta was hesitant and defiant, but he said she wouldn’t die if she drank it, so she sealed her lips around the wound on his wrist and sucked the blood from it. His gift? Would it make her a vampire too? Her own blood still flowed from her neck, and she grew weaker by the second.

Aryen smiled as she drank from the wound in his wrist. He held it to her lips as he leaned down, licking at the blood flowing from her neck. "Yes...keep drinking," he said softly.

Ileta kept sucking at the wound, as if it were a lifeline to the world. As she focused on it, everything else in the world faded away. Soon, all that was left in her awareness was his wrist and blood, and then, nothing. Her body went completely limp, her mouth stopped working and her blood flow slowed to nothing but a drip.

Aryen pulled his wrist from her lips, she was dead now, but she drank enough of his blood. "Now, just rest. Your body is dying, but pay no attention to it, it happens to us all," he said softly as he sat by her side, awaiting her reawakening.
