Shisoughc
Pronunciation: shee-SOHK

    Shisoughc has silvering plumage due to age though has russet coloring otherwise. His eyes are yellow, like most great birds of prey. Around his left foot is a small red ribbon that Mieijha can attach a message to.

    Shisoughc is still a proud bird and shows it in his excellent care of his plumage as well as his displays of “gallantry” with Mieijha. He is also a sweet bird, taking on the persona of a wooing lover, sometimes giving Mieijha presents of dead animals at breakfast.

    Shisoughc was bought as a fledgling in the Raiden market by Mieijha. He is an overly proud bird, and showed it to his master when he spread his wings for her to view. She was impressed at the ego of the young bird and kept him around. She hired a falconer to teach her to take care and teach Shisoughc how to hunt. Within a year, the young hawk learned the commands as well as learned to trust Mieijha with his life. Since then the two have been inseparable, bound together by their fondness for the other's company.
